BULLET-RESISTANT SECURITY FACADES – GUARANTEEING MAXIMUM PROTECTION AGAINST WEAPONS WITH MAXIMUM FUNCTIONALITY
Modern architecture without façades is unthinkable today. Thanks to our innovative developments and long-standing partnerships, we can offer architects and planners tested and approved bullet-resistant security mullion and transom façades as well as customized project-specific solutions in wood, wood-aluminum, aluminum and steel.
High-quality design, narrow profile views and the secure integration of bullet-resistant functional elements (security windows or security doors) are just as much part of the features of our security façade systems as the combination of bullet and explosion protection up to the highest resistance classes.
All of our bullet-resistant security doors are certified by independent bulletproofing authorities, e.g. the German Federal Firearms Office. The firearms authorities in Ulm and Mellrichtstadt tested and certified in accordance with DIN EN 1522/1523.
A ballistic assessment is carried out during the bullet penetration tests:
- of the bullet and splinter exit of the mullion-transom façade construction,
- their fillings (e.g. glass or panel filling),
- the connection of clamping elements (windows/doors) to the mullion-transom façade
Thanks to our own research and development as well as our decades of experience in the high-security property business, we can also offer you combination solutions of our bullet-resistant security façades with our burglar-resistant security façades up to the highest resistance classes.
Another option to increase the security of the building and thus the protection against bullets is the use of electronic security components (including alarm glass, alarm sensors, magnetic contacts, bolt contacts), which can be integrated invisibly into the constructions of our security windows. By installing these security components, the windows are monitored for opening, locking and breaching/shooting. The components used here correspond to the valid VdS classes A, B & C.
Our own patented security components for increased convenience and security against break-ins round off our portfolio.
Our references in the field of burglar-resistant security windows include federal institutions (e.g. federal ministries, offices of various constitutional bodies), EU country representations, German embassies, residences of German ambassadors, residential properties of members of various federal and state constitutional bodies, people at risk from politics, business and other areas of public life, courts, police and military facilities and Jewish institutions.
Convince yourself of the quality of our security façade systems and visit us in our showroom. We offer you detailed security advice in a private atmosphere.

OUR HIGH-QUALITY SAFETY FACADES ARE TESTED for bullet resistance
The tests for the certification of bullet-resistant façades are carried out in accordance with DIN EN 1522 / 1523 at independent ballistic testing laboratories, e.g. the Ulm Procurement Office and the Mellrichtstadt Procurement Office.

SAFETY GLASS WITH BULLET RESISTANCE
Our bullet-resistant security façades are fitted with safety glass in accordance with DIN EN 1063.
Higher-quality safety glazing can also be installed at the customer’s request.
Bullet-resistant glass is divided within its resistance class into glass with shatter resistance (S) and without shatter resistance (NS).
Our bullet-resistant constructions always use glass of the higher NS classification.
