Our product range in the field of monument protection is unique in Germany. We are able to offer the right window construction for your listed building in all types of material from our own production.
Our passion for windows and our love of detail offer you individual and creative solutions for listed buildings. Our commitment and professionalism have been honored many times with various national awards, which motivate us to consistently continue on our path for heritage-protected windows.
In 2000, we developed the correct work steps for the renovation/refurbishment of historic wooden windows through a research project. These were later published in VFF Guideline HO.09 and today represent the state of the art.
Service for planning and realization
TIMM-Objektfensterbauer offers architects and building owners personalized advice. We support and advise you on a project-related basis in the implementation of your architectural visions and jointly design professional and economical solutions. Especially when things get particularly complex and demanding, we master these challenges – based on our many years of experience and expertise in commercial window construction.
We implement our customized advice and conceptual design with CAD drawings, individual construction drawings, indicative calculations and tender documents. Of course, we are also your contact for building physics issues and will build you a sample window if required.

For more than 61 years, the experts at TIMM Fensterbau have been manufacturing high-quality wooden windows, wood-aluminum windows, aluminum windows and steel windows as well as exclusive façade elements. Since the company was founded in 1957 by Hans Timm, it has grown continuously and currently employs more than 150 highly qualified and motivated employees at three locations in Berlin-Marienfelde. Our products
High-quality wooden windows, wood-aluminum windows, aluminum windows and steel windows as well as security windows and mullion-transom facades are manufactured at three locations in Berlin-Marienfelde with over 120 employees on a production area of 14,400 m². As a traditional Berlin window construction company, TIMM Fensterbau also offers the refurbishment/renovation of single windows, composite windows and box-type windows in accordance with the holistic principle.
