On the approximately 464 m² corner plot between Greifswalder Strasse and Heinrich-Roller-Strasse in Berlin’s Pankow district, a new office building has been constructed whose expressive, lively main façade with its storey-high, square grid structure made of bright architectural precast concrete elements immediately catches the eye.

The street façade on the first floor consists of large-format insulating glazing in mullion-transom constructions of the type
Schüco FWS 50
. From the first to the fourth floor, the façade is built up in a square grid of architectural concrete.

The slightly twisted pillars and floor slab bands meet alternately at either a high or a low point, thus forming a coherent, dynamic, organic, flowing fabric. Your aluminum window construction was used, partly with integrated glass fall protection.

The inner courtyard façades were implemented as rendered façades with surrounding ribbon windows with metal railings. The roof area with its restrained glass façade forms the clear, calm end of the building.
