The new office building covers a generous 7,600 square meters and offers the employees of the Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth a state-of-the-art working environment. The building is characterized by a representative, simple and contemporary design, characterized by high-quality materials both inside and outside. After extensive consultations between the client and the architects, the window concept was optimized and completely revised.
The windows were converted to composite windows in the
Schüco AWS 120 CC.SI
with integrated sun protection and curtain-type installation in the Meesenburg blaugelb Triotherm system. In addition, all windows now meet the strict security requirements of the security concept. Special high-security windows were installed on the first floor, including a bullet-resistant porter’s lodge.
