Based on our decades of experience and the proven aluminum mullion/transom systems from market leader Schüco, Hans Timm Fensterbau offers architects and planners various aluminum façade solutions that offer maximum design freedom in terms of energy efficiency, security and automation.

The features of our contemporary aluminum mullion/transom systems also include filigree optics [nur 35mm], high-quality design and the perfect integration of functional elements with optimum performance, e.g. for insert elements.

A large selection of glass pressure profiles and façade cover caps as well as the combination with our Schüco aluminum windows, aluminum doors and aluminum lift and slide doors and various integrated sun shading systems offer additional options for the design of attractive building envelopes.

Our references show that we also implement special solutions for aluminum mullion and transom façades. These include safety facades and fire protection facades in particular. The entire façade planning is carried out in the in-house engineering office. The connecting trades of sun protection, ventilation technology and rear-ventilated exterior façades as aluminum-glass or Eternit façades are also part of our service package.

We pay particular attention to the sustainability – Cradle2Cradle certification – of our aluminum façade systems. The basic prerequisite for this is the use of a high proportion of recycled aluminum, the proven absence of harmful substances in all materials used and production in our “green” and highly sustainable Plant 2.

Tested and certified burglar-resistant security windows

Due to the increasing number of cases of burglary, the topic of burglary protection is also a particular focus of the work of police crime prevention. The aim is to raise public awareness of effective burglary prevention even more intensively than before. Together with cooperation partners from the insurance industry, industry associations and installation companies, the police launched the nationwide publicity campaign K-EINBRUCH.

Hans Timm Fensterbau is registered in the list of manufacturers of “tested and certified burglar-resistant windows” published by the police. Our timber windows, timber-aluminum windows and aluminum windows in resistance classes RC2, RC3 and RC4 are therefore considered “unreservedly recommendable” for good burglary protection. Thanks to our own fleet of trucks and the use of our own logistics equipment, we generally deliver to our properties just in time, including to protect the elements on site. The professional installation of windows, doors and façade elements is carried out by experienced, specialized and well-coordinated installation teams.

To ensure the long-term value retention and thus the functional safety and usability of the structures, we provide you with personal support from our own specialists even after completion of the construction project.
